Across nine modules, participants define GBS KPIs and the star schema beneath them, combine and clean multi-file data in Power Query with AI-generated M-code, turn the clean data into variance narratives, charts and dashboards, flag anomalies with Z-score plus AI judgement, reforecast the year with native Excel tools, and build a month-end review agent in Copilot Studio that drafts escalations for a person to approve.
