AI Power Play for Business Leaders

AI Program Manager Level 1 — AI Power Play for Business Leaders is a two-day foundational course designed for business leaders, AI project managers, and transformation officers who want to understand how AI can drive business success. Participants will explore AI's strategic impact on modern enterprises, navigate governance and ethical considerations, and learn how to select high-value AI projects that deliver measurable results.

On Day One, participants will build a solid understanding of AI technologies and their transformative potential, examine real-world case studies of AI adoption across industries, and develop frameworks for selecting and executing AI pilot projects. The day includes a deep dive into AI governance, ethical implementation practices, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.

On Day Two, the focus shifts to the people side of AI transformation — building in-house AI teams, defining key roles such as AI Program Manager, Data Scientist, and ML Engineer, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Participants will learn strategies for workforce upskilling, overcoming resistance to AI adoption, and creating a sustainable AI-ready culture. The programme concludes with a personal AI adoption roadmap to kickstart transformation in their organisation.
