AI & Gen AI Integration In Human Resources is a two-day intensive training programme designed to equip HR professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (Gen-AI) in transforming HR processes. Participants will explore AI fundamentals, learn prompt engineering tailored for HR tasks, and gain hands-on experience with AI tools to automate workflows across the entire HR lifecycle.

On Day One, participants will build a solid foundation in AI and Generative AI concepts, master prompt engineering techniques specifically crafted for HR scenarios, and walk through building their own Custom GPT for candidate screening, HR chatbots, and policy drafting. The day also covers responsible AI principles including fairness, transparency, and accountability.

On Day Two, learners will dive into practical AI use cases across recruitment, payroll, L&D, and employee experience. They will prepare and analyse HR data with AI tools, turn insights into executive-ready visuals, and create supporting materials. The day culminates in a capstone group activity where teams design an AI-powered HR solution and present their findings.
